Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject of your communication to help ensure prompt review.
Incomplete notices may delay processing.
Review Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, US Alonot may:
- Review the reported material.
- Request additional information if necessary.
- Restrict access to the reported content.
- Remove the content.
- Contact the user who uploaded the material.
- Take additional action when appropriate.
US Alonot reserves the right to make independent determinations regarding content moderation and copyright compliance.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification should include:
- Identification of the material removed or disabled.
- Identification of the location where the material appeared before removal.
- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
US Alonot may forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party as permitted by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
US Alonot may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
Repeated copyright complaints may result in permanent account restrictions.
Educational Materials and Copyright
Many educational materials are protected by copyright.
Users should not upload, distribute, or share copyrighted content unless they:
- Own the content,
- Have permission from the copyright owner,
- Have a valid license,
- Or are otherwise legally permitted to share the material.

False Claims

Parties submitting notices are responsible for the accuracy of their claims.
Limitation of Responsibility
US Alonot acts as a platform provider and may host content submitted by users.
We do not actively review every file, post, comment, or resource before publication.
When notified of alleged copyright violations, we may investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and platform policies.
Changes to This Policy
US Alonot may update this DMCA Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
